A young man with serious injuries was taken to hospital.
The incident occurred on the 5th of October, on prospect Shevchenko. Failed to establish that the boy, while visiting his friend, went to the balcony and by his own negligence fell from the fourth floor.
The victim was hospitalized in the neurosurgery Department with injuries. I worked at a place of SOG.
