According to eyewitnesses, one of the visitors of the cafe, wearing a Balaclava, threatened them with a gun. Subsequently he made an unsighted shot from a firearm.

“While a patrol checked a male in the database and interviewed eyewitnesses, the man took out a knife and put himself on the wrist and then to her throat. He started screaming, which again is not going to jail and will do better suicide. One of the officers began talking with the man and talk him out of it, at the same time his partner came from behind, took the hand from the throat of the man and knocked the knife”, – stated in the message.

The gun fired, the detainee, was found not far from the scene. The 26-year-old man was taken to Galician police Department.

Established that the man was previously sentenced to four years for theft and disorderly conduct with a weapon, however, prematurely released from prison.

Pre-qualification of the offence – hooliganism committed with weapons or firearms involving deprivation of liberty for a term from 3 to 7 years. Now the detainee is in temporary detention facility.
