Fatal accident occurred on the river Desenka.
Over the past day, 25 February, diving-saving office abnormally-saving group of a special purpose of head Department gschs of Ukraine in Kiev twice carried out the rescue operation. During one of them to save a life failed.

To place the call immediately was sent to the diving and rescue Department of head Department gschs of Ukraine in Kiev. Having arrived to a call place, divers launched a search operation and found that at a depth of four meters and at a distance of about 30 meters from shore is the human body. Pulling the body of a drowned man from the water, divers-rescuers gave it to the service representatives 102.
The next call came at 15:27, that on the Dnieper river in the water near the Pedestrian bridge is a guy born in 1998. Before the arrival of the diving and rescue Department of a young man out of the water pulled a passerby, who reported the case. Employees of gschs had the first pre-medical aid to the victim and handed him over to the ambulance crew.
Rescuers appeal to citizens with the request not to go on thin ice, and especially not allow children to play on the rivers and lakes.
