State of emergency in Kharkov: found dead 15-year-old

The investigation is underway.

Information on incident arrived in Kharkiv police Department August 8 at 17:27.

“The Udy river in the village Utkivka Kharkiv district ambulance pronounced him dead 15-year-old boy, who went out that day with friends swimming in the river and drowned”, – militiamen reported.

Information on incident entered in the magazine of the uniform accounting offences, the issue of opening of criminal proceedings under article 115 marked “accident”.

As we wrote earlier, the inhabitant of Zaporozhye killed a man.
