Dutch company Spyker is developing a new crossover. The premiere of the car should take place at the Geneva motor show next year. The novelty will be equipped with hybrid power plant. Its members will include the eight-cylinder engine Koenigsegg.
The design of the car will resemble the prototype of the D12 Peking-to-Paris, which was introduced in 2006. According to CEO Victor Muller, to run the model in a series was his longtime dream.
Supercar manufacturer Spyker, which in December last year was declared bankrupt, filed an appeal in the court and managed to overturn this decision. At the moment the company conducts a voluntary restructuring. Previously, in order to pay the debts, the CEO Victor Muller had to auction off the prototypes of machines, including crossover D12 Peking-to-Paris.
