Russian investigation does not agree with the statements of the Polish experts about the crash near Smolensk.
The investigative Committee of Russia (TFR) considers groundless the statement of the Polish government sub-Commission that the destruction of the wing of the plane Tu-154 of Polish President Lech Kaczynski have traces of the explosion.
Earlier, the Polish government, the sub-Commission on investigation of the crash of the presidential plane Tu-154, said that the destruction of the left wing of the plane are the traces of an explosion and not associated with the collision with the birch.
“It is absolutely unclear on what basis these another conclusion of the Polish experts. When conducting immediately after katastrof ballistic and explosion and technical expertise are no signs of impact on the plane of explosives it was revealed not”, − said the official representative of SKR Svetlana Petrenko.
According to her, the Russian and Polish experts on the basis of all available information in 2011 came to the unequivocal conclusion that the collision with the birch resulted in the beginning of the destruction of the aircraft.
It is noted that the debris are stored on the territory of Russia as material evidence in a criminal investigation of the RCDS and thus “no additional examinations or investigations of the wreckage of the Polish party, including members of the new Polish investigation Commission, since 2014 was not made”.
We will remind, the air crash of Polish government plane Tu-154 occurred on 10 April 2010 near Smolensk. Killed all on Board were 96 people, including Polish President Lech Kaczynski. He was flying at the mourning events in Katyn, where Polish soldiers are buried who were shot by the NKVD in 1940.
The Polish side informed the investigation of the Smolensk disaster reported that the Tu-154 began to fall apart in the air before he crashed into the ground, and prosecutors of Poland accused the Russian dispatchers and some “third party” in that they deliberately provoked the crash of the presidential plane.
