The Chinese company Vernee thought and decided that a modern smartphone could do without the LCD screen. So she’s working on a phone called Thor E, the front panel is a touch panel on the basis of electronic ink.
In Vernee Thor E will be only one screen and one E Ink, and nowhere does it say that we are talking about the color panels (Yes, they exist for quite some time). It turns out that Vernee is working on a compact e-book that will help to make the calls and it should be noted, a very original solution. Of course, smartphones with eink panels have been sold, but in each of them, such a screen is optional and is located on the rear panel, while in Vernee Thor E it will be uncontested.
Judging by the title, all other toppings will move this camera from the last member of the series Vernee Thor, although it is unclear why he would need a powerful processor, LTE and the camera, because the screens e-ink is not designed to actively surf the web and have a very low compared to the LCD refresh rate. According to preliminary data, a very original Vernee Thor E smartphone will go on sale later this month, but its price is still unknown.
