Ukraine has received one billion hryvnias from small-scale privatization, but large-scale privatization is still blocked by the courts. This was announced by the Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers Oleksandr Sayenko on his page in Facebook.
“UAH 1 billion! So much for 9 months was received in the budgets of all levels since the start of the small privatization”, – he wrote.
During this time, according to him, in the Prozorro.The sale was conducted 808 auctions, which sold 552 state-owned facilities.
“In particular, sales of real estate brought 826 million, property complexes – 103 million, corporate rights 101 million, and transport equipment 29.5 million, industrial equipment for 10 million and more,” said Saenko.
He also listed the records of small privatization:
– successfully sold the most expensive lot – 57 million UAH for the stake Ternopil radio plant Orion;
– the most expensive a lot – 50 million UAH for a room in Lviv at Market square with a total area of 481 sq. m;
– the highest growth rates – 80000% for commercial premises with a total area of 65 square meters in the Khmelnitsky region.
“Unfortunately, large-scale privatization is still still blocked by the courts. This shows that the transparent process that was initiated by the government, the Ministry of economic development and trade of Ukraine, state property Fund of Ukraine together with our international partners, certainly not everyone is happy with. An unprecedented case when the government and the state property Fund as a result of judicial decisions on injunctive relief are denied the opportunity to start the search and attraction of investments in the public sector,” said Minister of the Cabinet.
