Silent will by law

The state Duma in the first reading adopted the draft law on the national moment of silence on June 22.

Good initiative. It should be expanded: first, to introduce a moment of silence for all the memorable days, then make them daily, gradually increasing duration, so that by 2024 to get to the clock silent mode.

This will solve a lot of problems, significantly reduced the number of extremist crimes, insults the authorities, slander, obscene language, foreign spies will not be able to overhear our military secrets, and disgruntled citizens chanting anti-government slogans. Undoubtedly, the level of patriotism will grow 3-4 times as people will be constantly thinking about the great Patriotic war. Finally there will be peace and quiet only occasionally interrupted by happy laughter and applause of grateful citizens.

I went to write a proposal for a corresponding amendment to the Constitution.
