Russian contract servicemen from the first to the fourth category will receive a 50% monthly premium to the salary. To pay them will begin on 1 September, said the head of the defense Ministry Sergei Shoigu. The payout will vary depending on the region.
According to him, reports TASS, allowances will be given to the soldiers, sailors, sergeants and Sergeant-majors. Contractors will receive payments for the sublease of housing to a level that will enable them to live with their families.
Earlier, the defense Ministry has prepared a draft presidential decree, which proposes to expand the list of gross misconduct of the military personnel, including communication with the media storage, and smartphones.
