The number of victims of collision of a car into times square grew to 22 people, killing 18-year-old girl.
Eyewitnesses reported that the car raced in the opposite lane, rammed people and crashing into a pole and stopped. One of the victims almost immediately covered with a blanket, and shoes were strewn nearby. Local officials said that the deceased was 18 years old.
The driver tried to escape from the place of incident but he was detained by militiamen.
