Shazam may be acquired by Apple before the end of the week

We believe that at least half of smartphone users have ever downloaded the Shazam application, which allows you to know exactly what plays a song or melody.

If you believe the latest rumors, cupertinos Apple is interested in buying Shazam Entertainment Limited which is a developer of popular applications.

Sources claim that the deal will be signed by the end of the week, and the announcement of its conclusion will arrive on Monday. The amount of the transaction, supposedly, is $400 million. Interestingly, 2 years ago Shazam was estimated at $1 billion.
