Seven banks have not complied with the requirements of the NBU

Banks do not have the authorized capital to 200 million UAH.

Seven banks have registered capital of 200 million UAH.

Thus, the authorized capital less than 200 million UAH from the Bank Center Credit Optima Bank, Ukrainian Bank of reconstruction and development (the Charter capital of 120 million UAH), Alpari Bank (UAH 122 million), Ayboks Bank (122,45 million UAH), the Portal of the Bank (125 million UAH), Polikombank (145 million UAH).

Thus they did not complete the recapitalization.

We will remind, under the law, shareholders, small banks had until July 11 to replenish capital up to UAH 200 million.

Earlier, the NBU declared the Bank insolvent due to violations of requirements for regulatory capital.

Later, the Bank Hephaestus was declared insolvent for the same reason.
