Well-known artist Sergey Elkin took the opportunity to mess with embarrassment article about Angela Merkel and Vladimir Putin.
Note that in one of the articles of issue No. 37 the German magazine Focus called the President of Russia Vladimir Putin a “dog”.
Subsequently, the representative of “Focus” magazine explained the statements made in the article insulting the President of Russia Vladimir Putin no more than “an ironic play on words”.
German journalists said that the term “dog” (der Hund) in German is synonymous to the saying “die hard” (harter Hund).
Artist Sergey Elkin has published on his page in Facebook witty collage to the scandal with Putin-“the dog.”
