From the Creator of “patrols” and blah-blah-blah. On the website Kinopoisk has premiered the first teaser trailer for “Draft” – the film adaptation of the novel written by science fiction writer Sergey Lukyanenko. And let the age limit in the “6+” causes a crooked grin, this video looks pretty grim.
He Lukyanenko performs a short speech in the beginning of the video, explaining that this is only a fraction of what viewers will see.
The book, unlike the first “patrols”, I have not read, so I can’t judge how the synopsis is to the original novel, but it sounds (synopsis, not a novel, hehe):
Young Muscovite Kirill is a talented designer of computer games. One day he is completely erased from the memory of everyone he knew and loved. Cyril finds out that chosen for the important and mysterious mission. His goal is to become a customs officer between parallel worlds, of which there are dozens in the Universe. Whether Cyril to solve the mystery of these mysterious worlds and who and what controls them? And whether our Earth is but an imaginary “draft”, a parallel world, which in Reality does not exist…
The Director performs Sergei Mokritsky (“Battle for Sevastopol”) in the starring Nikita Volkov (“Dancing to death”), and a good “support group” – Yulia Peresild, Andrey Merzlikin and, um, Irina Khakamada…
Budget setting is 200 million rubles, the Prime Minister waiting for March 15, 2018. Or wait – here it is optional.
