Speaking about the order and time of work, Andrei Klishas explained that the first efforts will be focused on those amendments that have been designated by the President in address to the Federal Assembly. Experts believe that the constitutional reform initiated by the President, marks the beginning of a transfer of power associated with the end of the last presidential term of Vladimir Putin in 2024.

Additionally, the Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on constitutional legislation and state construction, the author and co-author of a number of controversial laws Andrey Klishas will be one of the speakers at the XVII International scientific-practical conference “Kovalevskie readings” to be held 13-14 February at the site of the Congress centre “Yekaterinburg Expo”.
