Semerenko and Pidhrushna became part of the Ukrainian team at the world Championships

The coaching staff of the Ukrainian biathlon decided on the final application for the main start of the season.

At the world Championships because of a conflict with the coaches will perform Vitaly Kilchitsky. The rest of the national team of Ukraine without surprises – Hochfilzen (Austria) go all the strongest.

The national team of Ukraine on the world Cup:

Women: Julia Jim And Olena Pidhrushna, Anastasia Merkushina Irina Varvynets, Valentina Semerenko.

Men: Sergei Semenov, Artem Prima, Dmitry Pidruchny, Vladimir Semakov Alexander Greasy.

The schedule of the biathlon world Championships:

9 Feb, 14:45: Mixed relay;
10 Feb, 14:45: Sprint, 7.5 km, Women.
11 Feb, 14:45: Sprint 10 km Men;
February 12, 10:30: prosecution Race, 10 km, Women;
12 Feb, 14:45: pursuit 12.5 km Men;
15 Feb, 14:40: Individual race, 15 km, Women:
16 Feb, 14:30: Individual race on 20 km Men;
17 Feb, 14:45: Relay 4×6 km Women;
18 Feb, 14:45: Relay, 4×7.5 km Men;
February 19, 11:30 am: Mass start, 12.5 km, Women;
19 Feb, 14:45: Mass start, 15 km, Men.

We will remind, last year the Championships were held at Holmenkollen (Norway). The only award brought Ukraine’s Sergey Semenov, who won bronze in the sprint.

The last time the Ukrainian biathlonists remained without medals at the world Championships in 2010-m to year, when in connection with the Olympic games in Vancouver were played only one set of awards.
