Expert-consultative Council on improvement of legislation in sphere of protection of national interests and international issues of the faction “United Russia” decided to form a working group on improvement of legislation in sphere of protection of national business.
Recall that the reason for the meeting of the Advisory Council, which discussed measures of support of business “were the numerous complaints to the state Duma of the Russian businessmen, claiming that the law has limitations that hinder the development of business.”
The working group on improvement of the legislation taking into account the interests of Russian business proposed to involve “representatives of the interior Ministry, the Prosecutor General and the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, and also deputies and senators of the relevant committees of the state Duma and Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. They will have “to study and make proposals to change the legislation”.
The working group will “make proposals to change the legislation in the field of lending to the private sector in terms of conditions of granting of loans”. Legislative initiatives “representatives of the Federal Antimonopoly service, Central Bank of the Russian Federation, deputies of the state Duma and senators will have to overcome the “arbitrary interest rate increase, uncertainty about the enforcement procedure of collateral as security measures and onerous conditions of credit agreements”.
A separate paragraph of the Advisory Council instructed the working group to take, in particular, under the control of “criminal proceedings against members of LTK, OOO Svobodny Sokol” with the involvement of representatives of the General Prosecutor of the Russian Federation, the Investigative Department of the MIA of Russia for the purpose of check of legality accepted by the law enforcement procedural decisions.”
