The novelty will receive the name of Formentor in honor of one of the headlands on the island of Mallorca.
The car will be built in the MQB A2. The same platform is used Kodiaq Skoda and VW Tiguan. Crossover will resemble the SEAT Ateca, but will be on the step above him in modelno number of the company.
According to the publication, in the engine range will include 1.4-liter gasoline engine capacity of 150 horsepower and a 2.0-liter engine capacity of 180 horsepower. Official data of the manufacturer has not yet resulted.
