Scientists Donbass Academy of civil engineering and architecture (Donnasa) invented the technology of road building when “all weather conditions”.
About this informed the head of the self-proclaimed Donetsk national Republic (DND) Alexander Zakharchenko, according to one of the resources of the militants.
“We already have new technologies that allow you to put the road in any weather, including rain and snow. It is the development of our scientists of the Donnas, and we will soon demonstrate. It would be a small sensation,” — said Zakharchenko.
