In the Dnipropetrovsk region, three villages were left without light from thieves of scrap metal. Attackers in Nikopol district cut metal parts fixing of power transmission towers.
As a result, the pillars fell to the ground and cut wires of high voltage. Frightened, the thieves fled, and nearly 600 homes were without electricity.
Now of energy temporarily connected the village to the other substation. According to them, installation of new poles and repair lines will cost at least UAH 100 thousand.
