Scientists have discovered the source of the cosmic radio signals.
A group of canadian scientists from McGill University conducted a study, whose results were able to figure out what is the source of powerful radio bursts from space.
According to the researchers, there may be young neutron stars.
Typically, these signals last for fractions of a second, and fix them quite difficult. To date, science knows about 23 of these bursts, however, canadian experts say that for the period of the study space should be not less than two thousand.
To confirm this hypothesis, the researchers were able, thanks to the observations of one of the systems of the milky Way through the telescope, Very Large Array (VLA) in new Mexico. The experts were able to witness the clash of two young neutron stars, which gave rise to a powerful radio signal. In much the same way black holes are formed.
