Scattered cobbles at the October Palace in Kiev outraged social networks

Netizens have accused the city authorities that they four years after independence was able to find time to restore infrastructure.

Some users of the social network protested what he saw, and also accused Vitali Klitschko that he still has not responded to this issue.
