Scandalous building in Odessa: there are new details

The radicals threw smoke bombs building in the resort area of Odessa.

Today, July 8, in the resort part of Odessa, the activists of the “National body” threw smoke bombs construction site of where built the apartment house, one person was detained.

The incident occurred at the epicenter, where they arrived a few dozen activists.

“It is established that at the request of local residents, which prevents the construction of high-rises, to the place of profit representatives of public organizations, which threw the construction site smoke bombs,” said the police.

On the scene left the police officers. As a result, one citizen delivered in the Kiev police Department of Odessa, concerning it the Protocol on article 173 (petty hooliganism) of the administrative code.

Information on this fact brought in the Unified register of pre-trial investigations under article 296 (hooliganism) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. Currently still under investigation.

In turn, in the “National case”, said that construction on the epicenter is supposedly illegal.

“Now activists held a campaign against illegal construction company Kadorr Group. On arrival, the place was immediately spotted aggressive young men in balaclavas, who were standing behind the fence of the building”, – reported in “Nazarus”.

Claim that the activists went to radical actions – dismantling of the fence, they immediately began to use physical force.

“Guys were just thrown to the ground and kicked. Two received minor injuries”, – is spoken in the message. Activists also claim that the police were on the side of the developer.
