Scandal in Russia: the believers are offended because of a cartoon Poklonskaya

In Russia, a major scandal is brewing over a new caricature artist Denis Lopatin on the Deputy of the state Duma Natalia Polonskaya.

The police received statements “on insulting the feelings of believers.” At the moment there is a check. Journalists report that the work of Lopatin insulted the feelings of believers. Residents of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky already gave the police two statements.

The author of one of them calls the picture “sacrilegious and blasphemous at its core”. He noted that her public display “is directed on humiliation of human dignity on the grounds of belonging to the Orthodox faith”.

The artist added that in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky on Friday 13 October was a rally in defense of the film by Alexei Uchitel “Matilda”.
