Deputies with cries of “shame” came to the podium.
Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko can’t come to the Verkhovna Rada before 16:00, as reported in the telegram which the people’s representatives read out the speaker Parubiy.
The deputies from the Radical party, shouting “shame“ blocked the parliamentary rostrum.
“I’ll tell you why no Lutsenko. Five submissions from the attorney-General of the people’s deputies. Each of them is at least a half hour. If the 16 hours starts the examination of the submissions to the 18th we can get only one. All other submissions which should be considered within seven days will not be considered, and then that’s grounds for cancellation of decisions of the Verkhovna Rada in the Supreme administrative court,“ – said Lyashko.
Meanwhile, Parliament decided to continue its work on 11 July until will consider five representations of the state office of public Prosecutor about removal of inviolability from deputies.
The proposal of the speaker was supported by 233 MP when the required minimum of 226.
