“The head of the Ukrainian Center for release of prisoners “Officer corps” Vladimir Ruban was detained by SBU on KPVV Marinka. He went to the illegal DNR for the Hope Savchenko. With him for a few hours work spetsslujbami”, – stated in the message.
On Friday, February 24, the people’s Deputy Hope Savchenko and Vladimir Ruban, visited the colony in Makeyevka, where Ukrainian prisoners of war. Later Savchenko has published a list of 51 names.
“The guys feel good. The conditions of a normal prison, the attitude normal. In chamber three, walk an hour a day to watch TV,” she said.
In response, the DNR said that they want to visit their prisoners in Kiev. But security guarantees Kyiv “guests” not given: the adviser to the interior Minister Anton Gerashchenko said, if people will come, under investigation, will delay them.
