Saudi Arabia destroyed a ballistic missile launched from Yemen. Video

Responsible for the launch of the rocket took over Yemeni rebels.

4 Nov Yemeni Houthis rebels launched a missile attack on the international airport in the Saudi capital Riyadh.

Saudi Arabia reported that she was able to intercept a ballistic missile on approach to the airport. Thus, managed to avoid casualties and significant damage.

In turn, representatives of the Houthis expressed confidence that the strike was successful and the missile reached the target. The blow was delivered by a missile Burqan 2H produced in Yemen.

In the video footage from the scene shows intermittent bursts of flame. It’s hard to say whether captured on video the result of the work of defense, or the falling fragments of the rocket.

Probably the launch is a “retaliation” in response to the attack aircraft of the Kingdom on November 1, which killed 26 residents of Yemen.
