A similar lawsuit against Samsung continues on U.S. soil.
Last year in South Korea had filed a lawsuit against Samsung Electronics, which was signed by 1900 the owners withdrawn from the market planshetofona Galaxy Note7.
Initially disappointed owners of Galaxy Note7 demanded as compensation for 267 dollars per person, but in the end the total amount specified in the requirements has increased to 822 thousand USD (433 USD per person).
Local Supreme court ruled in favor of Samsung saying that the Galaxy Note7 opinion and any inconvenience which is caused, are not “unacceptable”, as stated by the plaintiffs.
