Saakashvili may be extradited.

Saakashvili refused refugee status.

The Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko stated that the State migration service refused to Mikheil Saakashvili in the granting of refugee status.

Thus, according to him, “no special circumstances” that would make it impossible for the deportation or extradition of Saakashvili.

“If I had said that Saakashvili has a status that makes it impossible for his deportation or extradition in any way, now the State migration service refused to grant him refugee status”, – Lutsenko told.

Recall, September 5 in the Ministry of justice of Ukraine announced the receipt of a request from Georgia for the arrest and extradition policy.
