Former citizen of Ukraine would soon return to country.
The ex-President of Georgia and former Governor of the Odessa region Mikhail Saakashvili is not going to change their plans and intends 10th of September to return to Ukraine through the checkpoint “Krakovets” in Lviv region.
“I have a few legal ways to cross the border,” – said in a statement on the website of the online resource on Friday evening, citing a statement by Saakashvili on 8 September at a press conference in Warsaw.
However, he did not provide details, saying he did not want to “reveal all card” to the Ukrainian government “a little worried”.
Saakashvili is going to enter the Ukraine together with members of the European Parliament as well as journalists and supporters from Poland.
At the same time, the former Governor of Odessa said that currently, traveling “around the world”, he’s using a Ukrainian passport.
“And nowhere I have not had any problems”, – noted ex-the Governor of Odessa.
Saakashvili stressed that after he announced his arrival, the Ukrainian authorities have made “unprecedented” measures to strengthen the border at the checkpoint “Krakovets”.
“It only shows one thing, that they’re scared of me (…) I’m Afraid because I have support in Ukraine; they are Afraid because in the largest country in Europe I have the growing rating and so did to me so unfair,” – said Saakashvili.
In addition, the ex-President of Georgia stated that the border at the checkpoint it will meet Ukrainian fans.
Its support for Saakashvili intends to Express and the head of the party “Fatherland” Yulia Tymoshenko. She confirmed that September 10 will go to Poland.

In turn, Saakashvili noted that despite the support of Tymoshenko, they do not plan to create a joint political force.
