The Prosecutor General’s office handed over to the head of the National police Sergey Knyazev, the decision about the announcement in search of the ex-President of Georgia Mikhail Saakashvili.

“The General Prosecutor of Ukraine prepared and handed to the Chairman of the National police of Ukraine Sergey Knyazev, the Decision about the announcement in search of Mikhail Saakashvili, who escaped from custody while transporting him for interrogation to SBU”, – he wrote.
Later, the speaker of Ukraine Yaroslav was Trakalo reported that the national police have launched an investigation of former President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili.
“We started to execute the order, which was received from the Prosecutor General”, – he said.
