Ryanair accused of MAU in blocking the advent of lowcost.
Irish low-cost Ryanair called unfounded legal threats filed by MAU lawsuit to invalidate the Memorandum between the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine and Ryanair.
This is stated in a statement Ryanair.
Ryanair has said that the claims of MAU is solely intended to block the entrance cheap operators in Ukraine because they just don’t want to compete with Ryanair.
This ridiculous requirement of the MAU indicates that they will stop at nothing to prevent the Ukrainian consumers and visitors to use the same cheap transport that Ryanair provides 33 other countries. Instead of trying to compete with Ryanair, UIA has resorted to false and baseless legal threats to maintain their high price for the flights and inefficient model – believe in the Ryanair.
The company expressed hope that Ukraine at some point will be able to use cheap services Ryanair.
