Affected by the pandemic coronavirus Russian tourists are outraged by the attitude of the airline “Aeroflot”, which is not in a hurry to reimburse the people their losses.
On the portal Change.org there was a petition demanding the return to passengers money for the cancelled tickets, as many people now remain without a livelihood.
The author of the petition indicates that the crisis for Russians, a situation “Aeroflot” has decided instead of money to give some “vouchers”.
Acts of the carrier were perceived as arbitrariness in terms of permissiveness and indifference to “mere mortals”.
“These big companies think they have the right to act as they please and we, mere mortals, do not pay any attention. People should have a choice. Besides, we ask to return YOUR money, more do not ask and do not want”, — is spoken in the address.
The tickets of the petitioner was cancelled with the closure of the airspace, however, the promise to return the money to the buyer’s card Aeroflot has not complied.
