A former soldier of the Armed forces of Ukraine sentenced to 14 years in prison for the Russian intelligence services.

After recruiting the man returned to Ukraine on a mission to spy on the parts and units of the APU in the area ATO. Military operational immediately reported this fact to his own leadership and in the SBU.
The spy was detained in Rivne in October 2016, while getting “documents” from which he expected to obtain secret information of a military nature.
Koretsky district of Rivne region court recognized a detainee guilty of a crime under part 1 of article 111 (high treason) of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
