In Russia can provide the FSB most of user data Telegram, “Vkontakte”, “Yandex” and Mail.ru.
Russian Ministry of mass communications has prepared a draft order with the data requirements required by the FSB. Equipment for gathering information will have to install the “Vkontakte”, “Yandex” Mail.ru and Telegram.

Among the requested data FSB: alias, all passport data, a list of relatives and friends, text messages, audio and video recordings of conversations, uploaded files and the location of a certain person.
We will remind, in the fall of 2016 in Russia began to look for ways of interception of the popular instant messengers: WhatsApp, Viber, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, Skype. Interception of data is necessary to fully decrypt the traffic of citizens of the Russian Federation.
