Policy of Russia suddenly changed its position on the jurisdiction of the Peninsula.
Today, almost the entire opposition camp called for the restoration of the Ukrainian jurisdiction over the Crimea. This was told Russian historian, opposition politician Andrei Zubov.
He reported that his own party – Party of people’s freedom supported the revolution of Dignity in Ukraine and the democratic demands of the Ukrainian people, later condemned the annexation of Crimea. “Yes, initially we proposed some models, but then it became clear that any model is a nonsense, and really need to solve the issue is very simple: to solve the problem with the use of international law as a violation of the territorial integrity”.
According to policy, a number of Russian opposition leaders at first opposed the annexation of the Crimea only in private conversations because “they were afraid of losing popularity among Russian voters”, or has stated publicly, but with lots of reservations.
“And suddenly, everything changed… Almost all of the opposition now called for the restoration of Ukrainian jurisdiction over the Crimea”, — stated the Teeth.
“What does the evolution of international law from international forces is a very positive thing, which allows Ukraine to hope for almost bloodlessly solve the problem of its territorial integrity, and we, the people who understand what it is, to get rid of this morally infinitely heavy burden that you have shouldered Putin”, — summed up the oppositioner.
