Russian opposition leader told why Ukraine should not expect anything good

Politician called a spade a spade.

Russian President Vladimir Putin is now in a quandary – his approval rating ahead of the presidential elections is falling. Therefore, Ukraine should be prepared including the worst in military terms, options.

This opinion was voiced by the Russian opposition Konstantin Borovoy in his column.

“Now there is the awareness of citizens to the dire situation in Russia. And here there is no promotion doesn’t help when people your money quickly spend in the shops, see what is still worse, when faced with unemployment,” – said Borovoy.

He noted that Putin may resort to their traditional methods, such as bombings of houses (in Buynaksk, Moscow and Volgodonsk in September 1999, the Chechen war, the war in Georgia. Therefore, full-scale war in Ukraine may again become a tool in the hands of the head of the Kremlin .

He stressed that Ukraine should not think about freezing the conflict, and how to respond to aggression.
