The Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Lyudmila Denisova received a letter from the Russian Ombudsman Tatiana Moskalkova, in which she argues that the state of health of the convicted Ukrainian Director Oleg Sentsov not deteriorated, but he once again refused hospitalization.
