Miners from the town of Gukovo began a protest in which they’re going to get to Rostov-on-don to meet with the Governor of the region Vasily Golubev.
The miners plan to seek full payment of salaries owed them by the company-bankrupt “Kingcol”.
The miners have to go 120 miles to the regional center. Administration Gukovo banned these events because the organizers of the March has not filed notice within 15 days.
The organizers warned that they will go to a distance of 50 meters from each other without violating the law on public events. In Rostov they will hold pickets at the government buildings in the region.
