Russian mayor has allocated a large sum for the construction of a “tea room”

The municipality of Yaroslavl has announced a tender for repairs of premises in the building.

According to the documents, this is done to create the tea room, where will be held “tea parties with the meal.”

We will remind, in a building of the mayoralty of Yaroslavl throughout the winter and spring were carried out large-scale renovation that is now completed. However, as it turns out, did not take into account an important detail: the mayor is nowhere to drink tea.
“In the premises No. 49 and 50 of 2nd floor renovation work was carried out quite recently. But as a result of the inspection of these premises was the necessity of carrying out repair work in connection with changing the destination premises. Appearance should match the interior of the premises No. 51 (negotiation). The aim of the work is to prepare the room for the time after the talks. Currently, these premises are planned tea parties with food”, —is reported in the documentation.

Before that the premises was examined by the Commission and found that the technical condition of the premises is limited to operable, does not match the required level of representativeness for the organization of new functions. For example, “floors don’t match the intended style of the interior.”

The procurement documents said that the tea room is necessary to perform the repair of these premises, namely, repair of walls and ceilings, painting of walls and ceilings, replacement of electrical systems (if needed), repair the floor, replace the walls between rooms for better and more reliable.
