23 October in the State Duma in frameworks ekspertno-the Advisory Council discussed the issue “on measures to improve legislation for the purpose of supporting national business.”
As explained by the expert of the State Duma Committee on budget and taxes of the Roman Zykov, who was the moderator of the meeting of the expert Council, “the occasion of this meeting were the numerous complaints to the state Duma of the Russian businessmen, claiming that the law has limitations that hinder the development of business.”

Among the experts were representative of the President of the Russian Federation for the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs Alexander Guruji, acting chief of the office of the Commissioner for protection of entrepreneurs ‘ rights in Moscow Alexander Lazarev, President of the builders Association of Russia, member of the Board of the Russian Union of Industrialists and entrepreneurs Nikolay Pavlovich Koshman and other respected experts.
At the expert-consultative Council was entrepreneurs who said the essence of their claims to the legislation.
Members of the Advisory Council adopted a resolution which outlined his understanding of the problem and the measures necessary for comfortable operation of the business in Russia.
