Russian court in absentia arrested the MP parasiuk

The investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in absentia arrested four citizens of Ukraine for “attack” in 2014-2016 in the Russian dipuchrezhdeniya in Kiev and Lviv. About it reported in a press-service of the Russian Ministry Wednesday, October 11.

According to the report, the investigation established the involvement in the “attack” in 2014, the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Kiev Vladimir Romantsova, Alexey Bakay and Vladimir Nazarenko. In addition to the “attack” in March 2016 at the Russian Consulate General in Lviv and the “abuse” of a flag of Russia involved the people’s Deputy Vladimir Parasyuk.

“On the basis of the proofs collected by a consequence, including video recordings, obtained from public sources, and the results of forensic examinations, the decision on attraction of the specified persons are accused of committing a crime under part 2 of article 360 of the criminal code (attack on the institution that enjoys international protection, perfect to complications in international relations). Nazarenko and Parasyuk also been accused of committing a crime under article 329 of the criminal code (desecration of State flag of the Russian Federation)”, – added in the RF IC.

It is noted that these persons declared in the international search and investigation at the request of the court against them in absentia preventive measure in the form of detention.
