Sokolowski exempted from punishment.
Kuibyshev district court of St. Petersburg was removed from the Russian videoblogger Ruslan Sokolovsky conviction under article on extremism.
“Sokolov is exempted from punishment under part 1 of article 282 of the criminal code (9 episodes)”, – stated in the message.
About the other two compositions on insulting the feelings of believers and use pens intended for secret information, the court found Sokolovsky guilty, sentenced to restriction of liberty for a period of 6 months, however, the detention and house arrest, considered a blogger already served their sentence.
