This was stated by Deputy foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov.

At the same time, about which measures there is a speech, the Russian diplomat said.

“As this has already been said by the representatives of the foreign Ministry, apparently, it is going to take certain retaliatory measures by the Russian side.
