Thus for the first three places this year, South Africa has provided Ukraine 72.9 thousand tons of coal, Poland – 118,9 thousand tons, and Russia – 221,6 thousand tons.
As a result, last month, coal stocks in warehouses of Ukrainian thermal power plants and CHP plants increased by 5.2%, or 94.7 thousand tons. As of April 1 they amounted to more than 1.9 million tons of coal.
We will note, earlier the Minister of energy and coal industry Igor Nasaliki declared that Ukraine has to ban the import of anthracite coal from Russia and to establish its supply from other countries. On this occasion, he began to prepare a draft order, but it is still not accepted.
