The indignation of the Russian authorities has caused the award-winning photo, documenting the murder of the Russian Ambassador in Turkey.
In Russia are outraged by the award of World Press Photo photographer Burhan Ozbilici for a picture with the scene of the murder of the Russian Ambassador in Turkey Andrey Karlov.
It noted that the decision is “demoralization” and shows “complete degradation of ethics and moral values.”
The Embassy statement also notes that the pictures of Associated Press photographer are unacceptable “propaganda of horror and terror.”
Russian Ambassador to Turkey Andrey Karlov was killed on 19 December 2016 at the exhibition in Ankara.
