The staff of the Committee for the defense of the illegitimate “state Duma”, the Russian Federation began work on editing the Russian legislation regarding military service. Among the topics discussed innovations – increase the upper limit of age limit, and the struggle against evasion from execution of military service.
“There are a large number of those who failed, does not address the question of legal liability for evasion of receiving the agenda, there are also issues of age limits for service”, – said the Chairman of the Committee Vladimir Shamanov.
According to him, among the deputies to circulate the opinion that a limit of 27 years is inadequate and the draft age should be extended to 30 years. To explore this issue Shamanov announced the creation of a new working group.
