China has signed a contract for the purchase of s-400 in 2015.
Russia started deliveries of systems of air defense (ad) s-400 “Triumph” in China, said the first Deputy Chairman of the Duma Committee on economic policy, Chairman of the Duma Commission on legal support to the development organizations of the defense-industrial complex Vladimir Gutenev.
