Economists have proposed to replace the point system of pensions for the calculations taking into account the earnings and length of service. This approach “provides a balance by limiting the size of pensions the maximum amount” and “limits the rights of only paid workers”, the authors of the expert report.

It is noted that a new formula can be “tuned” so that to earn full pension will be achieving higher than you are now, retirement age.
“The formula, calculated on the basis of the average duration of employment, will be able to take into account the existing in the Russian Federation socio-economic realities and willingness/unwillingness (physical, professional, moral, social) of citizens to a longer working life”, – quotes the edition of the economists.
